What type of stress relief and start to the semester do you need – Yoga or Drumming? Come out to the Rec and experience relaxing Yoga OR upbeat Drum to the Beat. In Yoga, pretend like you are under the ocean and relax through the variety of postures OR in Drum to the Beat, let your stress out by some high energy cardio combined with drumming.
