Redhawk Fitness Class Free Preview, through September 1

Preview all of our Group Fitness classes for FREE during the first two weeks of classes! Try out our Zumba, Body Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Fitness, Real Ryder, TurboKick, TRX Training, and much more! We have many classes to choose from, so try them all and find your favorites. A full schedule is located at semo.edu/recservices. After these two weeks, a semester pass is $45.00 and attend any class you want for the entire semester. A one-time class pass is $4. Note: Make sure to sign up for those classes using our IMLEAGUES App. Sponsored by Recreation Services.
