BeTween Initiative Science Demonstration Dress Rehearsal

Faculty and students from the College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics at Southeast Missouri State University are preparing physical science demonstrations for the BeTween Initiative. A dress rehearsal will be held at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27 in Academic Hall Auditorium. The rehearsal is open and free to the Southeast community and public.

The Department of Chemistry and Physics’ professional student organizations and students currently enrolled in “Professional Experiences in Chemistry” will host a table with fun hands-on science activities, including slime-making, color changes, columns of foam, bubbles that don’t pop, shattering flowers and imploding steel canisters.
