mPEAK (Mindfulness for Performance Enrichment, Attention, and Knowledge)

mPEAK is a cutting-edge training program built around the latest brain research related to peak performance, resilience, focus, and “flow”. In this 4 week program you will learn established and empirically supported practices and exercises to increase attention, interoception, resilience and acceptance. As with physical training, optimal outcomes occur most often when participants continue to engage in the practices and exercises as a part of their daily regimen. Weekly sessions on 9/11, 9/18, 9/25 and 10/2 at 3:30 pm in the UC Heritage Room. Experience mPEAK and take performance to the next level!
