Group Fitness Class Free Preview

Preview all of our Group Fitness classes for FREE during the first two weeks of classes! Try out Zumba, Body Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Real Ryder Cycling, TurboKick, TRX Training, Boot Camp, and much more! We have many classes to choose from, so try them all and find your favorites. A full schedule is located at semo.edu/recservices. After these two weeks, a semester pass is $40.00 and attend any class you want for the entire semester. A one-time class pass is $3.00. Note: Certain classes have a maximum number of participants, so make sure to sign up ahead for those classes using our REC*IT Fitness App. Sponsored by Recreation Services.
