Peaceful Solitude: The Film Photography of Brian Alworth

Coffey examines the positive, elusive moments of awe and the struggle of dealing with mental and monetary barriers.  Her paintings allow each artwork to become a conversation with a symbol.  Inevitably, this abstracted symbol upon itself and references not one thing, but many.
